Through many years of activity it has become clear that the planning and successful implementation of projects always has to be related to the people and their team spirit. Therefore I have specialized in finding these people, connecting them with each other and motivating them to bring their special knowledge together to have a highly motivated team to lead the project to success.Furthermore I have always an eye on the customer and his requirements, because in the end he is the one who decides about the success or failure of a project. Currently, I am mainly concerned with digitization. There are many interesting and challenging projects in this area, whether in the insurance or financial sector, in energy or telecommunications or in other business areas.
