    This registered charity fundraises to pay the education costs of 60 very poor children in the Kilimanjaro Region of Tanzania. Funds raised are personally delivered by ABCD Directors every February. The inspiration for fundraising is the creative art made by the children, and their compelling stories while struggling with poverty. ABCD also funds breakfast programs and libraries in Primary Schools and computer classrooms in secondary schools. We are committed to major infrastructure work to improve school learning environments such as building school toilets, kitchens and roofs. Each year we bring a team of volunteers with us to help with education and development within the community. We are happy that there 2 more ABCD organizations following the model of ABCD Canada...ABCD Australia which is doing wonderful work to help children in the Fiji Islands, and ABCD UK...helping children in another region of Tanzania!
