Clear Path for Veterans New England (Clear Path NE) is a 501(c)3 established in 2017 with one mission — to build a safe, supportive and respectful place for Veterans to seek the help and resources they need in order to successfully integrate into their communities. The Family is an integral part of this and the first line of defense in upholding wellness.Clear Path NE has signed a licensing agreement with Clear Path for Veterans New York and will work in tandem to provide programs and services that mirror their holistic approach to Veteran care. Clear Path NY will provide assistance, training and mentoring to support Clear Path NE to provide programs and services that work.There has been a growing recognition that we, as a nation, and as individual communities, need to do more to support our Veterans as they leave military service and return to civilian life. Clear Path’s vision is to create a community that understands and supports the journey home for our Veterans and their families and inspires other communities to do the same.

Personally taught two discussion sessions (recitations) weekly to 40 students and responsible for all grading for those students.

Senior Director for the official U.S. Army operational study of the Iraq War sponsored by the Chief of Staff of the Army. Responsible for concluding print editing and copy editing of 2 volume, 1,600 page work. Personally responsible for obtaining approval for publication from senior leaders of the Army, to include the CSA. Also personally responsible for crafting roll out plan for finished product. Supervises and manages multiple research interns and assists with contracting efforts associated with the project.Also responsible for completing products that will be used to create an operational level course on the Iraq War for Senior Staff College level courses of professional military education. Responsible for final archival collection of all classified and unclassified components of the project.

One of four principal writers for the official U.S. Army operational study of the Iraq War sponsored by the Chief of Staff of the Army. Will be responsible for researching classified and unclassified archival data as well as evaluating primary and secondary source literature in order to capture operational level lessons learned and write a portion of a single volume comprehensive work. Manages complex declassification, political review, and ultimate product production of an 800 page book through process that includes interagency, multiple combatant commands, and title X services. Supervises and manages multiple research interns and assists with contracting efforts associated with the project.Also responsible for completing products that will be used to create an operational level course on the Iraq War for Senior Staff College level courses of professional military education.

Senior officer in charge of city management for 2,000 person military base (town) that conducts research and development for joint services, SOF, and interagency partners. In command of 200 person organization with $32M annual budget and over $500M in real property. Led and provided guidance to seven other legislative liaisons responsible for subsets of U.S. SOCOM authorities and components. Served as the command's #2 liaison on Capitol Hill for all U.S. Special Operations Command issues; worked directly with joint SOF community, other military services, IC, interagency, and industry partners. Planned, organized and executed Congressional staff delegations for members and staff to visit SOF forces worldwide. Commander, Operational Detachment Bravo 520, Qayarrah West, Iraq (June 2005-January 2006). Commanded Special Forces Company in Iraq as part of Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force. Activities included combat operations; training, advising, and assisting Iraqi Army forces; intelligence, counterinsurgency.Battalion Operations Officer, 1st Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group, Fort Campbell, KYResponsible for all facets of operations for 300+ man Special Forces Battalion. #3 officer in chain of command, sometimes serving as acting commander. Manages and supervises, training, reporting, long range planning, deployment preparation, and day to day operations. Personally responsible for critical decisions that select correct personnel and units for high visibility missions as well as decisions that affect preparation of organization for wartime mission. Supervised bilateral training mission that successfully returned U.S. military personnel to a country that had not had U.S. personnel on the ground in over 20 years. Success required managing and overseeing correct selection, planning, preparation, organization, and negotiations with senior USG leadership (Ambassador and staff) as well as COCOM leadership and host nation leadership.Finished as the 4th place team in the 2005 Best Ranger Competition while a student at Command and General Staff College.
