Support the Whole Loan trading desk• Project Manager of residential mortgage loan inventory system• Partner with Collateral Analysts, Traders, Middle Office, and Claims to gather requirements and provide up to date project status• Manage vendor deliverables and priorities, report status of these items back to the business• Work with servicers and the front office to map loan servicing and default data into the system• Build and support loan inventory and reconciliation reports• Project Manager for the tech team supporting Market Risk for Securitized Products. The Securitized Products Technology Risk Team supports an application that pools different position and risk sources into a single repository for the purpose of providing canned and dynamic reporting. Market Risk uses this application to provide trading limits in addition to other risk reports to the desk.• Gained a working knowledge of securitized products (ABS, CMBS, RMBS) as well as different risk measures• Built and supported excel and SQL reports focusing on reconciling day over day changes in interest rate and credit risk, prices, and holdings• Worked with research and Market Risk on prepayment model risk calculator upgrades• Project Management Responsibilities: Ownership of weekly status / prioritization meeting with business users. Main point of contact for gathering requirements and working with the development team to drive them to completion.
