Duties:Review police reports for the determination of making a charging decision in the Circuit Courts. Supervise and assist other attorneys in our office with trial, trial preparation, and research needs. Oversee our internal and external computer network, discovery procedures. Oversee the offices technology related purchases. Provide training to other attorneys and staff regarding the use of software and technology related trial techniques. Manage the cases assigned to Ashley County Division III Circuit Court and the cases assigned to Drew County Division I Circuit Court. This include the overseeing discovery, filing and responding to motions, legal research, witness preparation, preparing jury instructions, and presenting evidence during jury and non-jury trials.Previously served as an adviser to Chicot County Quorum courts as a county attorney.
