Calmar Pain Relief offers a unique treatment called Scrambler Therapy to people experiencing chronic pain. The treatment is based on Information Theory. The treatment sends a code through an electric signal through dermatomes and to the brain that scrambles the pain signal thereby reducing or eliminating the pain. I manage the data base and treatment data and prepare reports on efficacy.

Sparadeo & Associates is a clinical practice with specialties in neuropsychological assessment (of traumatic brain injury, dementia, ADHD, and other causes of cognitive impairment), assessment and treatment of chronic pain and assessment of children with ADHD, LD and other cognitive and emotional disorders.

I oversee all clinical matters that includes: diagnostic work-ups, neuropsychological assessments, chronic pain evaluations, chronic pain management, psychotherapy, assessment of children and adolescents and cognitive rehabilitation. Over 250 new patients per year are seen in this clincal practice. This practice employs 2 full time licensed clinical psychologists, a part-time licensed mental health counselor, and three psychometrists. The practice is a training site for Master's candidates in counseling as well as doctoral students.

I assisted CODAC in the development of a successful Chronic Pain and Addiction program entitled Pain Solutions. In my role at CODAC I provide weekly consultation to the clinical staff in the form of direct supervision, case review or direct patient assessment. I consult with the Medical Director weekly and am available for urgent case assessment when necessary.
