The green shift is upon us and i feel both happy and privileged to be working with it. Working in the Eyde Cluster as Head of R&D, my main focus will be on the process industri and aiding the green shift for them. Not that they are lost; they have already lowered their emissions by 40% since 1990 and are working hard towards zero. There is still work to do to reach zero, not to mention a negative carbon emission state.We currently posess much of the technology we need in order to reach 2030 goals, now we need to implement and scale up fast. The R&D focus will partly be on this but also on the next run post 2030: getting us all below zero. Lets go!

Nothing lives there but it used to be a good place to fish for cod on the winter ice. We aim to restore the system through state funds and some voulenteer labour. -

Fagleder Klekkeri/ HavbeiteNorsk Hummer As Dec 2013 - Nov 2016Kristiansand Area, NorwayJeg var ansatt i Norsk Hummer Drift AS for å få opp teknologien på hummerklekkeriet og gjennom forhøyet teknologisk nivå; et bedre produkt. Produktet var småhummer som skulle settes ut i havbeite. Kvaliteten på disse er avgjørende for å få til havbeite med hummer på denne måten. Jeg jobbet med forregime, styring av lys og temperatur, inkubatormiljø, vannkvalitet i resirkulerings systemer og alternative driftsformer for å oppnå dette. Vi fikk et EU prosjekt (Horizon 2020; Call for Blue Growth; SME instrument phase 2) til å dekke 70% av kostnadene for å gjøre denne jobben og en del av utstyret som trengtes. Jeg jobbet også med teknologi på transport og utsett i havet. Jeg forsøkte å avdekke hva som skjer i havet da denne fasen varer i flere år og vi vet særdeles lite om den. Jeg fikk flere gode resultater og økte sannsynligheten for å lykkes med havbeite betraktelig. Ennå er det noen år til denne teknologien er bekreftet. Hovedgrunnen til det er at mange av svarene tar lang tid å få.
