Conducted mandatory orientation presentations ( in person & virtual) to potential applicants and families, to provide a comprehensive overview of entire program to encourage and facilitate decision making regarding program participation. Interpreted procedures, policies and regulations, provided required updates to applications, made recommendations for changes to SOP’s, and developed recruiting plans and strategies to maximize applicants received. Conducted criminal background checks on programs applicants for the purpose of determining eligibility. Ensured admissions processes complied with Federal and State requirements. Completed data reports regarding student admissions and demographic information. Developed marketing and recruiting giveaways, videos, flyers, brochures to distribute and present at conferences and open house meetings. Interviewed with local and statewide radio/television to communicate program availability access and services.
