Customer quality engineer, take in charge of HP printer development, be the bridge between customer quality and FLEX production and quality teams to cater to quality first culture.1.Participate in the reviewing of quality system for measuring new product requirements and works with NPI program teams in defining quality requirements and goals (Quality Assurance Plan) including tests and audits used required for quality control. 2.Define the Quality Assurance Plan for each new product prior to production release. 3.Set up the customer's satisfaction audit process. 4.Provide documented quality engineering support to the Manufacturing Partners to ensure smooth New Product Introduction and on- going manufacturing quality activities. Ensure sound quality assurance plans are implemented at the factory.5.Track the production quality through line audits and weekly quality data review6.Work with quality program manager responsible for the factory quality to address any failure found in the production and follow up on the corrective actions with suppliers, or R&D teams. Ensure that root cause of quality incidents is identified and close the loop with the related organization to look for fundamental root cause and future prevention.Reliability Section: •Responsible for directing all phases of PPP (Product, Perfomance, Parameter) test process. From taking product features and functionality to test requirements and procedures, to the development, fabrication and validation of test equipment, to the deployment of equipment into manufacture. •Ensures the compliance of test strategy and common processes; products shipped meet specifications and quality goals. •Consults with plant and manufacturing teams to determine specifications and requirements needed for tools to be effective. •Executes long term plans for test strategy to ensure cost/profit control. Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management.

Take in charge of SANYO LCD TV development.•New product mechanical design and optimize.•Work with supplier on plastic tooling development, trial run support and sample qualify from T0 to T final.•Building engineering units and conducting reliability tests to make sure product meet design goal.•Leads the purchased component qualification process to approve use of new components and/or manufacturers. •Reviews and resolves issues with team and vendors.
