I have been actively designing and delivering training solutions in communications, management development and 'behavioural competencies' for over twenty years. In Ireland, I have provided consultancy, facilitation, and training in over thirty-four government departments and agencies, as well as major organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors - in particular the provision of customised training interventions through the national ‘Skillnets’ network, funded by the Department of Education, for both the employed and unemployed. I also provide executive coaching for new and established managers and am particularly recognised for my successful preparation of candidates for recruitment and promotional interviews, preparing interview boards, and chairing promotional interview boards in several Government Departments. Internationally, I have provided training to mid and senior-level executives from the USA, the UK, and, more recently, Poland, Slovenia, Armenia, Albania, Slovakia, Georgia, Croatia, and Montenegro. Before commencing practice as a Training Consultant, I spent almost thirty years working with major national and multinational companies in Marketing, Sales and General Management roles.
