Frank Sweeny is a Divisional Investment Risk Director, Senior Portfolio Manager at U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management. As the Divisional Investment Risk Director, he is responsible for reviewing investment risk metrics for the northeast division. As Portfolio Manager he is responsible for understanding client’s strategic investment objectives and unique goals in order to provide investment guidance and effectively develop, implement and manage their investment strategy. His responsibilities also include providing guidance to and coordinating with the appropriate professionals within U.S. Trust and Bank of America and its affiliates in support of a clients overall wealth management strategy
