Deputy Director for a Joint staff of 17 officers, enlisted, and civilian personnel providing cyber and command, control, communications and computer (C4I) systems support for DoD forces assigned to Alaska. Provides advice and management to ensure DoD forces in Alaska have interoperable C4I systems; develops policies and procedures for Joint C4I systems, defense information systems, spectrum management for DoD assets within Alaska and surrounding waters out to 200 nautical miles, and computer network operations. Oversees the development, coordination, and execution of communications plans and operations during Joint exercises, contingencies, and operations. Manages a $2 million budget including all information technology (IT) related procurements and services for the command. Serves as the Deputy Director for cyber operations and C4I (J6) and member of the Alaska Land Mobile Radio Executive Council, a $200M interagency venture, in the Director’s absence.

Officer in charge of Orders/Directives Section at DISA PAC- Stood up new section from ground up- Monitors, assigns, and tracks compliance to USCC, DISA, & JFHQ-D WARNORDS, TASKORDS, FRAGORDS, PLANORDS, etc

Agency planner for 3 cyber defense exercises- Created manning documents, network design plans, tool requirements documentation, cyber range connection plans, senior leader briefings- Planned and executed 2 cyber defense exercises with 60 personnel across the entire agency- Lead planner for Agency's involvement in 600+ person USCYBERCOM cyber exercise
