● Handle customer inquiry / tender for company products and services● Process quotation and sales order on day to day basis● Provide admin support to Sales and Technical Support Team to achieve Sales● Lead and manage assigned tender for submission that meets customer requirement● Track and report on submitted quotation and tender status● Monitor and keep clients informed on the progress of order as required● Lead and conduct contract review of an order received from assigned accounts toensure timely delivery● Assist in preparation of management reports on general activities and expectedturnover and market trends● To manage customer feedback and maintain relationship with the customers.

● Prepare quotation - including Sourcing of material, special processes and OEMpart. Studies customer requirements (BOM) and preparing Cost breakdown formanagement review and approval.● Processing sales order through ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics NAV).● Communicate with suppliers (Such as Raw material vendor and Special Processesvendor) on customer requirement and pricing.● Communicate with customers via Phone call, email and face to face.● Monitor and report all open orders status to customer weekly.● Weekly conference with oversea customer to report and discuss on all the openorders.● Provide strong support to production and Quality department to ensure productswere manufactured conform to contract and technical requirements of customer.● Managing Database (Customer Manufacturing Specification, BOM and Drawing)filling system● Supporting Sales Director / Sales Manager in creating of sales related evaluationsales report / data.● Preparing shipping documents for export.● Maintain ISO documents, such as Customer Feedback (yearly basis) and evaluatethe customer satisfaction.
