- Maintain fleet health, while growing client base & fleet size. - Heavy focus on sales (rental coverages, vehicle upgrades) and customer service.- Manage daily/weekly reservation schedule, taking into account a multitude of factors when renting vehicles.- Write contracts with customers present using technical knowledge of fleet, insurance coverages, vehicle types/capacity, all while tailoring needs to customer.- Learn from day 1 how to run a successful business from top to bottom; controlling costs, expenses, revenue, personnel management, risk management, workflow, scheduling, fleet management, and marketing.- Developing Interns, Management Trainees, and others to become leaders and top performers. - Formulating & implementing sales strategies to help drive branch performance.- Maintain external accounts (local body shops & maintenance vendors) as company representative, often with multiple daily trips & high-priority treatment.

- Manage all reservations for trucks, trailers, and storage units for large area in Southern FL (Rockledge to Boynton Beach, including Lake Okeechobee).- Work in Traffic office managing contracts for rental services, acting as customer call center, and ensuring smooth rental process.- Coordinate the pick up/delivery of rental trucks/trailers to ensure coverage per individual location's schedule.- Heavy logistics-based coordination of equipment, reservations, and contracts, including route coordination of drop offs to certain stores based on lot capacity and upcoming rental needs.- Sell rental coverages & storage.
