I began working at Precision in April of 1996 as an Apprentice Heavy Equipment Technician, ultimately achieving my Journeyman Certificate in 1999. The majority of my career has been spent in the Heavy Equipment and Repair Department at Precision as a Field Service Technician, then moving into the Service Manager role in 2004. In 2010 I embraced the equipment acquisition and disposal responsibilities, in addition to my fleet management duties. At the peak, I managed over 200 pieces of heavy equipment and 25 Service staff who maintained the fleet throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan. In 2012 I had the opportunity to move into the General Manager Position. Although it has provided many challenges, it has granted me the experience to achieve the role of President and CEO of Precision in January 2015 when myself and 7 other long term employees purchased the company from Elwin (Pim) Page.
