The group operates a large number of Early learning child care centres across NSW as well as invests in a number of commercial property assets. The role has the primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities including accounting, forecasting & budgeting, tax compliance, legal, financial reporting functions and in addition, safeguarding the assets of the business through effective business controls and risk management procedures. Whistle is interested in providing facilities and services for local communities.Role Overview• Responsible for the finance and regulatory compliance for the company• Ensure that all managed investment schemes operate in a financial framework of accuracy, reliability, compliance and timeliness,• Ensure that transactions and systems are managed to ensure the investor reporting can be produced in an accurate and timely manner• Explore opportunities for additional revenue streams and enable value added services.• Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, oversee the preparation of all financial reporting and ensure investor returns are met.
