This role is responsible for managing the Rewards and Care division of the AIR MILES Reward Program. This position is responsible for the overall leadership of a team of 300 associates including 3 members of the Senior Leadership team. Key accountabilities include:• As a member of the Senior Leadership team, accountable for providing subject matter expertise and best advice input into the formulation and execution of the overall strategic direction of the Air Miles Reward Program and for setting the 3-5 year pace and agenda, ensuring alignment to core organizational and program objectives.• Fiscal oversight and control of the division financials.• Accountable for ensuring the quality, quantity and competitiveness of the AMRP reward portfolio offering which is central to driving Collector and sponsor engagement in the program. This is achieved through the alignment of Rewards external partner relationships, product/portfolio design, pricing decisions and marketing strategies to the overall corporate and brand strategies, macro and micro market place trends and organizational capabilities/capacity. • Accountable for creating a high performance team and ensuring the right structure and succession plans are in place to ensure long term sustainability of the team.
