As the lead for MSP Service Design at Randstad Enterprise, I focus on creating efficient, user-centered service experiences within Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments. Collaborating closely with a team of experts across RPO, MSP, Talent Development, and SOW Management, I contribute to shaping our talent-based services with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and innovation. As a Global Client Services Director at Randstad Sourceright I am responsible for directing complex global operations and large preferred supplier arrangements for international clients.An integral aspect of this role is taking overall responsibility for client relationship management with Heads of Talent Acquisition, Procurement and Business Units while managing multiple service models, development and implementation of new services, and the change management for service extensions
