Currently working in BSM Enablement, supporting ITIL Service Management activities. Recently did a pilot project for BMC FootPrints Asset Core. Following successful pilot, architected and implemented full FootPrints Asset Core solution for desktop/laptop management. Currently support infrastructure for Asset Core, coordinating with End User Services to transition global device management from previous solution. Also have the pleasure of working closely with product support and development teams.I also support BMC Atrium Discovery, providing operational training, ongoing maintenance, reporting and analysis. Here too, I have the pleasure of working with the product support and development teams on an ongoing basis.From 1998 to 2011, I worked in R&D Support, providing IT support services to the product development teams. This consisted of numerous activities, including systems design and architecture, network administration, Unix and Windows systems administration, data center management,and project management.

Unix systems support: AIX, Solaris, Convex, Cray, Auspex.Backup and recovery: Legato NetworkerIBM Mainframe system administration: MVS, TSO, SMP/E, TCP/IP for MVSFrom about 1994 to 1998, supported Unix environment for software development organization. Duties included maintaining Auspex file server and Legato backup system, as well as AIX, Solaris, Cray, and Convex system administration. From 1988 to about 1994, performed IBM MVS mainframe system administration, including MVS system updates and installation using SMP/E. Was primary support for TCP/IP for MVS product for several years.
