All work related to customer support on the helpdesk of EDS International B.V. in Spijkenisse. Support for mainframe related issues, but also for Microsoft Office.Performed AS/400 related tasks as system administrator and operator.

Started with EDS as OPD, the mainframe operator development program which trained staff to be a full qualified mainframe operator. Passed graduation in June 1987. Worked as a mainframe operator and performed all duties which belong to that: console operations, printing, helpdesk outside office hours, tape handing (for backups etc). Started 1990 with AS/400 support as system administrator and operator for one client.
