Main Responsibilities:• Report to the CFO and collaborate closely with senior management to oversee the preparation of periodic financial and management accounting reports up to consolidation level, including budget and forecast.• Prepares and reviews all financial information for the Board and management.• In-charge of group and regional finance teams, identify, communicate, tackle and solve significant finance issues. Financial Reporting, Planning and Management:• Leading a team with 8 finance subordinates.• Oversees all aspects of financial accounting including all financial & general accounting and taxation functions across the regions, ensuring accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly closing.• In charge of HKEX projects, provide advice on deliverables preparation, such as correspondence with HKEX, circular and announcement.• Lead the ERP system transformation project, including sourcing of vendors, system in-depth review and project participation during transformation process.• Reviews and approves tax matters across regions prior to providing to the tax authority. Interprets tax rules, prepare tax planning and ensure compliance.• Manage regular tax reporting, tax queries and liaise with tax consultants.• Liaise with external auditors, internal auditors, legal advisers, financial advisers, tax consultants and other stakeholders.• Travel to Mongolia and PRC occasionally.Risk Management and Internal Controls:• Establish and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate effectively.Team Leadership and Development:• Pro-actively cultivate teamwork and spirit within the team.• Provide value-add support to enhance the knowledge, skills and competency of team members.

• Re-build the audit department and establish standardize audit procedures and quality control. • Leading a team of 20 subordinates.• Allocate human resources and multi-tasks management.• Being the channel between different departments and clients to ensure effective communication in place. • Review subordinates works and provide comment and guidance.• Monitor whole audit process and identify, tackle and solve significant issues with subordinates and direct report to partners.• Provide in-house training and technical updates to subordinates.• Liaise with senior management of clients for the deficiencies of internal control process and provide advisory opinion on related financial reporting standards.

• Leading a team with 3 finance subordinates and directly report to financial controller.• Coordinate the annual audit, interim review and ad hoc projects process.• Conduct the overall preparation of month-end, quarterly, interim and annual consolidated financial statements and management reports.• Participate in various ad hoc projects (Open offer, Right issue, Merger and acquisition such as VSA, VSD).• Perform internal control review and liaise with management for the deficiencies of internal control process.• Liaise with bankers, external auditors, legal advisers, financial advisers and tax representatives.• Prepare periodic budget and cash flow forecast.• Travel to PRC occasionally.

• Engage in various sizeable clients including below Hong Kong listed companies in Main Board and GEM Board and U.S. listed company in Nasdaq market.• Engage in various industries e.g. manufacturing, trading, retail, security broker, investment and development of on-line games etc.• Draft and review annual reports including consolidated financial statements, perform internal control review, engage in statutory audit work and special assignments e.g. Merger and acquisition.• Liaise with senior management of clients for the deficiencies of internal control process and provide advisory opinion on related financial reporting standards (i.e. HKFRS, HKAS and USGAAP).• Coordinate whole audit process and in-charge of small team of staff, identify, tackle and solve significant issues with teammates and direct report to managers and partners.• Review group reporting packages and prepare reporting documents to principal auditors.• Travel to PRC and South East Asia occasionally.
