Independently contracted to work on behalf of multiple small redevelopment projects as a leasing consultant throughout the Kansas City, and Mid-Atlantic markets; contracted independently to perform lease review (which included drafting legal terms and conditions and crafting lease language for transactions), and providing consulting services for grocery, banking, pharmacy, office, and other retail tenants. Selected Accomplishments• Contracted to research and compile retail report & supply analysis for EDC in Pittsburgh, PA. • Worked in capacity as consultant for Ben's Chili Bowl Restaurants and established market development plan for corporate and franchise expansion for Washington DC Metropolitan area; negotiated existing store lease agreements for drafted agreements for estate and tax planning;• Leased 10,000 sq.ft. of adjacent (grocery store) small shop space to Dollar Bank, Subway, Crazy Mocha, Nationwide Insurance

Managed and operated the national tenant leasing program for redevelopment, development, and expansion projects in urban markets around the country. Attracted national credit tenants to inner city markets and sparked economic development activities, including an emphasis on grocery store development, tenant retention through lease renewal for existing retailers. Negotiated business terms and conditions, established letters of intent and drafted lease agreements on behalf of developer for anchors and all other tenants. Selected Accomplishments• Exceeded leasing threshold requirements for multiple projects triggering financing and construction milestones for project development.• Leased in excess of 550,000 square feet of retail space in Las Vegas, Kansas City, Newark New Jersey, and Pittsburgh

Responsibilities included managing throughout the Mid-Atlantic territory expansion, negotiation, and development of Eckerd Drug locations. Recognized for national "Great Job" Award for Commitment to Excellence for an outstanding project which entailed drafting and negotiating 21 purchase agreements, for a single Eckerd Drug Store project, and receiving, a record pace real estate committee approvals within a one-year period.
