My practice consists of an exciting combination of competition law and dispute settlement, topped up with a broad range of business law related issues. As to dispute settlement I had the honor of acting as an arbitrator and expert witness in a variety of arbitration proceedings.In the field of competition law, I have had the pleasure of fighting cases, advising on the most challenging questions, teaching at the brilliant Brussels School of Competition and publishing with the most prestigious publishers. I acted as expert advisor to the DG Competition team that prepared the new Verticals regime. I was recently appointed assesor of the Competition Council of the Belgian national competition authority.My most recent development is the start of Faros. Faros aims to be a specialized niche player in competition law, data protection law and compliance.
