Experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of achievement working in the computer hardware, software, services and security industry. Frank has helped raise $520+ million of capital and built lines of business as an experienced CEO, strategist and executive in large and small companies. An entrepreneur, he has been an active board member for startup companies, advising on strategic initiatives, capital raising and is skilled in Customer Acquisition, Revenue Growth, Negotiation, International Business Development, Strategy, and Team Building. In his role as CEO of Ravisent Technology, Inc. and Tarantella, Inc. he led turnaround efforts that resulted in capital raising of over $175M and successful exits for both companies. He has the ability to work with diverse global organizations (Microsoft, Intel, ST Microelectronics, Siemens, Dell, IBM and Oracle), in multiple industries (enterprise, e-commerce, consultancy, consumer, small business, startup space), and in cross-functional roles with cross cultural exposure (with Japanese, Indian, American, European, Chinese and Middle Eastern organizations) and brings richness and diversity of experience across functions, industries and roles. He graduated from Seton Hall University with a BS in BA, completed the Stanford Entrepreneur Program, the Harvard President’s class, has extensive management training from IBM and is a lifelong learner. He is a retired military officer and 24 year military veteran with Airborne (Master Parachutist), Ranger, Special Forces (SFODA 562) and Aviation (Senior Aviator) certifications. He holds a commercial instrument pilot license and is rotary and fixed wing rated. He loves his family and strives every day to encourage others to "be the best they can be, today!".He is currently leading an effort to build home communities for the approximately 4.5 million veterans in America that live in apartments.
