Understanding the market environment, competition- and customer’s needs, conducting gap analysis and reviewing price positioning of the portfolio. Commercial marketers and the sparring partner for the country sales directors as well as for the marketers.The PIM team ensured our product data was accurately presented on web and in sales tools. Continuously verifying and updating data, ensuring correct visualization in datasheets, installation guides, sustainability documentation, etc.The User Experience Designer's aim was to create a rich customer experience with our products and tools. As market Intelligence manager I have been responsible for gathering, assembling and analyzing market- and competitor information used for strategic decision making. Next to that I was, together with my marketing colleagues, actively gathering customer insights to get clarity on their ‘job-to-be-done’ and their needs. All this information was used in our innovation roadmap.

As a development manager I have been responsible for new product development projects. Managing several projects through the innovation funnel from idea (created based on market- and sales information) towards concept development, testing and implementation. During these stages I was in close dialogue with the different sales areas and included relevant central resources when necessary (Marketing, Communications, Technical colleagues, MT, Production, etc.).

As project manager in the building engineering environment I have been working on several different projects (houses, apartments and offices) and doing different kind of tasks. The work contained of checking the blue prints, creating and follow up of the planning, buying materials and personal, creating the logistical plan and monitor the project budget.
