In my opinion Frank is the consummate professional, possessing the skills, knowledge, and talent to get the job done right every time.As the person responsible for calling in service requests for our eleven Pentero microscopes, I’ve been in a unique position to work closely with Frank since his start as our Zeiss Field Service Engineer. Over the years, I have observed and admired Frank’s tireless dedication and the extra effort spent to keep our systems up and running. Along the way there were more than a few unique technical challenges we encountered with the microscopes and always Frank would painstakingly troubleshoot his way through all the possible solutions until he found the right fix.In addition to his technical prowess, Frank did a great job of communicating with me to closely coordinate repairs and part orders. His practice of going the extra mile to anticipate and facilitate our needs is a major reason our systems enjoyed minimal downtime.Frank will be sorely missed by both me and Barrow Neurosurgery for the fantastic service he has provided for so long.
