Based in Queensland since 2003, I am currently now living in Melbourne, and part of the year in Sri Lanka. I am always interested in any opportunities to work on a contract basis in a travel and tourism role, or the Property Management field, either with Owner Corporations, or managing residential/rental buildings, ( including Concierge.) I have extensive knowledge and experience in Strata Body Corporate procedures as both a resident committee member (secretary) as well and an employee. I have extensive background in tourism/travel marketing as Group Tour Manager for various travel companies, an d interested in guiding small group tours in Sri lanka. My Hotel and management Rights background includes training of front office staff on Hirum reservations system and customer relations. My Extensive commercial experience spans more than 30 years at a senior level in all facets of Sales and Travel, and Tourism industry functions, including Retail Travel, Tour sales and promotion, International Tour guide, Airline representation and Hotels, CRS and management of apartment accommodation. Hirum Hotel reservations system trained, and able to adapt to any similar automated hotel management systems.Specialties: Owner Corporation/Residential building management.
