Owner of software consulting business providing CTO, software architecture, and software development services. Developed security whitepapers, roadmaps, and technology marketing strategies for a healthcare SaaS startup. Performed Risk Assessments and Mitigations, developed Policies and Procedures for Backup and Restore, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity Plans. Implemented multi-tier service desk strategy, marketing strategies, and roll out plan.

Lead a team of awesome developers in developing and deploying a kiosk based product and multiple websites. Designed the production kiosk build process, implementation dashboard, & managed the DevOps team for kiosk builds and installations. Pitched the project successfully to the HCA Healthcare for a pilot program. Responsible for Risk Management & meeting HIPAA guidelines, including disaster recovery, business continuity plans, & security whitepapers. Negotiated all third party vendors contracts for hosting, staffing, & software and equipment purchasing. Managed twenty five individuals over the course of the project, including developers, designers, & network engineers, with approximately 5 FTEs for most of the project. Some offshore development, some remote, but primarily onsite development in a start up company that produced a winning ecosystem of products.
