It has been said that most people working for a living spend their lives in working environment that they do not like. They are unhappy. They are hooked and having to stay on their jobs, or the career tracks, simply because they need the monthly pay checks to keep up with the bank loan of their house. Look around my side, the men who are the most able to live the rest of their days without work are the men whom work the hardest. The work give me an appetite for my meals, it lends solidity to my slumbers, it give me a perfect and grateful appreciation of holiday, once you join the favorable job. What is the secret ingredient of tough people that enables them to succeed? Whey do they survive the tough times when others are over come by them. Why do they win then others lose? Why do they soar when other sink? The answer is very simple. It’s all in how they perceive their problems. Yes, every living person have problems. A problem - free life is an illusion a mirage in the desert. Accept that fact. You may not be able to control the times, but you can compose your responses. Your may not have chosen your tough time, but you can choose how you will react to it. Escape through alcohol? No! Such negative reactions only produce greater problems by promising a temporary “solution” to the pressing problem. The positive solution to a problem may require courage to initiate it. When you control your reaction to the seemingly uncontrollable problem of life, then in fact you do control the problem’s effect on you. Your reaction to the problem is the last work! That’s the bottom line. What will you let this problem do to you? It can make you tender or tough. I can make you better or bitter. It all depends on you. I still standing whatever face all changes and opportunities to be filled my life. An old steed in the stable still aspires to gallop a thousand li; an old hero still cherishes high aspirations．
