Australia-China Conference on Science, Technology and Innovation is to tighten connection between Australia and China. The goal of this conference is to stimulate research cooperation opportunity. There will be more than 200 professional researchers, entrepreneurs and government officer attend the conference. The conference will be also divided into six Forums including Sustainable and Resilient Infrastructure; Medical Science and Public Health, Clean Energy, Agriculture and Food, Policy, Business and Entrepreneurship, and Young Professionals. The goal of this conference is to stimulate research cooperation opportunity and innovation. I was responsible for organizing conference with other secretaries, releasing news report and addressing some emergencies among commits.

Luanshya Copper Mine Project in Zambia is an open pit copper mine, which is subsidiary company of China Nonferrous Metal Mining Group Co.,Ltd. I managed nearly100 workers at Luanshya Copper Mine where is located in Copperbelt Province in Zambia. I monitored mining and loading procedures to ensure employee’s safety by regulations and rules, and communicated with team-members and workers to cope with problems by efficient and timely communication.

China 15MCC is subsidiary company of China Nonferrous Metal Mining Group Co., Ltd. I directed nearly 80 other mine workers in underground mine site, move stakes, placed blocks, positioned anchors or cables, or moved materials at Pakrut Gold Mine. Moreover, I monitored mining and loading procedures to ensure all materials were loaded according to specifications. According regulations and rules, I monitored workshop conditions to guarantee safety. By timely communicating between colleagues and workers, I would address variously different problems in production.
