In 2005, the all-around estimate of Mando had came into the top 100 manufacturers of vehicle service part in the world.Position in company: Quality EngineerMain Responsibility：1.Maintenance quality system running based on ISO/TS16949 standard, write internal audit plan and organize internal audit/process audit/product audit every year as the internal auditor head, and coordinate external audit.2.Project management for the new product for the key customer, coordinate the customers and various departments to develop samples. 3.Precision measurement room management; make maintenance plan for measure facilities and implement 5S in test lab; be in charge of management of measuring device and calibration.4.Responsible for the challenge of 5-star quality project. Coordinate client(Hyundai Motor) and all internal departments to improve our quality management level up to 5-star quality standard.(5-star quality is the highest honor as a supplier of Hyundai Motor)5. Incoming Inspection management, Review supplier PPAP's in cluding all support documentation, Supplier audit and management.
