Mainly responsible for aviation paint and glue dangerous chemicals, standard parts fasteners, and equipment maintenance and procurement. Also, take part in the Xizi outsourcing work of the CJ1000 engine project and won the Xizi 2021 Outstanding Employee Award.Work contents:1. Selection, assessment, evaluation and control of qualified suppliers. Maintain existing suppliers, according to the company's business, collect information on new suppliers, select, evaluate and import new suppliers, establish supplier files, and continuously optimize supplier-related OA processes .2. Responsible for price inquiry, price comparison, organization of bidding etc. Negotiate purchases with suppliers and control purchase costs.3. Responsible for reviewing the procurement contract and signing the contract.4. Track the arrival status of purchase orders. Coordinate to solve quality problems, follow up procurement progress, track supplier materials, production scheduling, production and transportation progress to ensure delivery in time. Identify supplier risks in a manner and respond to material shortages.5. Track the payment plan and payment reconciliation of the purchase order.6. Coordination and cooperation with relevant departments. Assist in the completion of receipt inspection and storage, provide bid prices, improve financial costs and other things assigned by leaders.

1. Manages existing customers and provides the best services to meet or exceed customer’s expectations on product quality, delivery, logistic, and technical support.2. Manages the growth of export sales.3. Understanding of company’s product value, brand value, and the value chain in different regions.4. Having a solid growth strategy and focusing on the execution.5. Manages the process of export and import business including quotation, Invoice, freight, logistic, all associated paperwork, tracking each shipment till actual arrives at the destination, and handling of any issues during the transaction.6. Handles customs hand book procedures.7. Liaise with the forwarder/agent, maintain an up-to-date import cost and export shipping cost database.8. Liaise with finance department, purchasing department as necessary.9.Any other functions as deemed appropriate by company.
