Senior SAP BASIS consultant:Manages a SAP BASIS team in areas such as technical planning and work coordination.Responsible for the development, execution and measurement of internal service level agreements.Plans, executes and monitors SAP Basis Administration, Unix OS and Oracle database.Ensures security, operation and peak performance of SAP environments.Participates in the establishment of the technical direction required for the SAP BASIS team.Responsible for maintenance and lifecycle planning of the SAP systems.Recommends, implements and assures compliance with policy and procedures affecting SAP systems.Provide SAP BASIS administration support in managing the configuration, monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting of the SAP technical environmentMonitoring and where necessary scheduling of backups within the technical environment.Assist and work with SAP BASIS team in applying SAP version upgrades and OSS Note maintenance to the SAP systemsResearch, develop and provide technical assistance for new SAP compontents.Assist with SAP security and authorization environment.Manages with functional teams the client-instance and transport strategy for all SAP environments for project work.
