Hi there! I'm Franka, a UX Researcher, Consultant and Design Thinking Coach with a background in psychology and human-machine-interaction. I love getting to the core of what moves and motivates people and co-creating creative ways to solve real user problems. I love to tinker and solve tricky design problems, enjoy performing my user research multilingually (in German, French & English)and coach others to work user centeredly. My particular coup de cœur lies on working with Social Startup Founders. For me, business impact and social impact must go hand in hand.What helps me on this journey are- a study background in Psychology (B.Sc.), Human Factors (M.Sc.) aka Human-Machine-Interaction, Design Thinking (HPI d-school) and UI Design (Careerfoundry Certificate),- a thorough grounding in qualitative and quantitative User Research and User Testing, - a rich expertise in Design Thinking facilitation and coaching,- a love for co-creation and collaboration,- an eye for details, a curious mind and a knack for asking the right questions.I'm happy to chat about projects, impact and nerdy research topics!
