My role as a National Account Manager is to manage ongoing business relationships with Third Party Administrators and direct accounts. I focus on being the point of contact for my clients and grow their existing warranty portfolio with new program ideas ensuring sales opportunities are being maximized while bottom line results meet target underwriting loss ratios. In addition, I am actively involved in new business pursuits and program launches.
