I was responsible for Germany & Austria with a multi-million USD revenue target. I was primarily involved in marketing, selling, advising on and executing complex financing solutions for C-level executives (B2B), HNWs, family offices, VCs and private equity funds. Within one year I generated transactions worth over USD 5 billion and won the largest deal of its kind in Europe. I generated revenues 6x more than my target.

As an Associate Director within the Equity Capital Markets Group, I held responsibilities for Germany & Austria and Equity-linked products across the EMEA region. I was primarily involved in sales, marketing and execution of IPOs, M&As, capital raises and convertible bonds worth over USD 35 billion, mainly in the financial services, media, telecommunications, and manufacturing sectors. In addition, I helped UBS Investment Bank to launch business analytics initiatives such as a file sharing platform, and a client meeting analysis tool

As a management consultant, I was working with management teams in the financial services sector in Nigeria, Germany, Ireland and the UK. My responsibilities included:# Analysis and implementation of strategic and operational improvement initiatives for a Nigerian bank, generating significant cross-divisional efficiencies and costs savings# Design and launch of a sales intelligence and workflow analysis tool for a high-profile German insurer# Development of a macro-economic stress test model for an Irish commercial bank for its asset transfer to National Asset Management Agency (NAMA)
