Client representative for construction management of a major 240 Million USD extension programme of the Spangdahlem airbase. Responsible for quality assurance, site inspections, documentation, cost control, scheduling, technical client representation and reporting. We have managed all the interfaces with the LBB, local contractors and the United States Air Force (USAF). Project oversight of Health, Safety and Environmental standards, development of a programme wide emergency and rescue plan in cooperation with the local emergency service, which has been implemented very successful.

Working directly for the programme management team as engineer responsible for environmental compliance and logistical questions on this railway construction project between Cologne and Frankfurt. Served as environmental protection officer, contact person for public authorities, and complaint manager or the citizen hotline. Responsible for management of local engineering offices and the process of proceedings for evidence management to defend public claims. Also responsible for environmental protection and compliance, management of environmental consultancy to oversee the surface water storage and discharge. Interface with local authorities in two Federal States. Developed dewatering plans and surface rehabilitation, an emergency plan and risk assessments of emergency cases, environment and staff. Recorded and evaluated damage to premises and buildings due to tunnel construction works and damage to public roads.
