As Senior Manager of Loss Prevention, Investigations with RadioShack, I drove our company's loss prevention program, supervise investigations, and led our field regional loss prevention managers (RLPMs). I also managed the company's corporate security, distribution center (DC) security, LP vendor relations, data analytics, audit program. Prior, I was the Senior Regional Loss Prevention Manager, Regional Loss Prevention Manager, and Manager of Investigations. During my time with the company I investigated or supervised thousands of cases, and improved our LP department and teams significantly.In fact, most of my career has been based on loss prevention and asset protection improvements for retail companies. I have conducted 1000+ interviews and managed thousands more. As a Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI), I'm trained in basic and advanced Wicklander & Zulawski interview and interrogation techniques as well as LSI SCAN. I've helped build several LP departments from the ground up at both the regional and corporate level and I have saved my employers millions of dollars.As a collaborative leader, I have managed many multicultural teams, training and mentoring hundreds of professionals. I expanded this experience by completing advanced leadership training (120 hours) under The ManKind Project.
