* I’ve worked in corporate America for 13 years and at the age of 32 I started my first company as a 3D Generalist creating digital art, illustrations, and various mixed media projects for fortune 500 companies like Old Navy and Nestle Waters as well as small, privately-owned, businesses and organizations. * By the time I was 38 I started my second company in behavioral health, and a third in E-Commerce. All while working full-time as an HR director, attending full-time for a Degree from Rutgers University in Fine Arts/ 3D Animation and being a committed husband.* I know what you're thinking - "he's crazy" or “he has no life" or "he must have a bad marriage" – on the contrary, I was just very passionate about building businesses and leading/ developing people. The key to being able to successfully do so much was from something taught to me by my mentor Jeff, he said "whatever you do in life make sure you get 1% out of 100 people versus 100% out of yourself." * This thought process of duplicating yourself by creating an awesome team and automating a business is my passion alongside being a Creative Director for my own art business. * For the past 10+ years I have had the honor to successfully help build and lead teams for various different industries. Such as teams of people unified to help at risk youth and uplift communities in Behavioral Health with my company at Guazabara Insights. Teams dedicated to bringing education to failing school districts such as when I was a Program Director/ Consultant for several education companies like Catapult Learning. Where we able to produce $488k in revenue for the company. * My E-commerce business is truly one of a kind where my team excels at taking busy productive professionals and mentor them on how to develop assets outside of their current source of income and showing them a way to build a financial foundation for their family and their family’s legacy. Generating upwards of up to 51k a year in additional assets.* I’m well-versed in program development, people and organizational development, negotiations, relationship management, operations management, logistics coordination and scheduling.
