Passionate about E-commerce, data, management, investment and sports. 31 years old.As Manager E-Commerce & Proposition, I am responsible for developing commercial initiatives and strategies within E-Commerce of Jumbo. All to let Jumbo grow in a sustainable and profitable way. My role is to oversee a team that has focus on; bringing supply and demand together, strategic initiatives regarding our slotgrid, activating omnichannel customers, commercial principles and guidance, reduce fraud et cetera.I am a data driven and problem solving player, currently managing a team of 8+ FTE's. Eight years of work experience in highly competitive industries. Building winning concepts. My main strengths are in analysis and solving strategic challenges. My motto is to make a difference by setting goals together and working towards it.
