Frank Adams is President of general brokerage and affiliated businesses at Helen Adams Realty as well as Broker-in-Charge of the Randolph Road Office. In these roles, he oversees the company's strategic partnerships with Introlend Carolinas Mortgage, Cardinal Title Insurance, and Main Street Insurance. A portion of proceeds from these partnerships go to support the Helen Adams Realty Scholarship at UNC-Charlotte, an initiative that Frank also oversees. Frank loves the real estate business and has represented buyers and sellers in over $500M of real estate sales throughout the Charlotte region. He is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College and Charlotte Country Day School and he is an Eagle Scout.

As a Charlotte native, Frank has a keen interest in the city’s steady growth, historic preservation, and architecture. Frank grew up in Myers Park and is very familiar with the history and detail of many of Charlotte’s finest homes as well as the rapidly expanding areas around the city. Frank’s passion for the area and dedication to customer satisfaction combine to make him a vital resource for all of his clients. He believes that Charlotte’s quality of life, sense of community and small town core are what make it the ideal place to live and work.In addition to helping buyers and sellers, Frank manages all ancillary business partnerships with affiliated companies with whom Helen Adams Realty has an ownership stake or marketing agreement. These companies include Cardinal Title, Shannonhouse Insurance, IntroLend Carolinas Mortgage, and 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. A portion of profits from these partnerships go to support the Helen Adams Realty Scholarship at UNC-Charlotte, an initiative which Frank also oversees.
