My most rewarding position came when I covered for an Employee Relations Representative / HR Rep who went on Maternity Leave. For nearly six months, I spent my time tending to the needs of the HUB employees, administering their benefits, providing promotion information and interviewing promotion candidates, hosting on-site college visits from local institutions, administering the Earn and Learn Program and nearly tripling participation, and more. I would have to say that my six years at UPS were some of the most stressful, intense years of my life, but with the highest reward. I learned more in six years at that company than I could have in ten at a University. Show less
