Coordinator of the acquisition of Industrias San Cayetano (Valladolid) from 11/14 to 07/16 while it is in a state of insolvency (“concurso de acreedores”): supervision of the company results with corrective actions, consolidation of the main business processes, sales recovery, implementation of Lean Manufacturing and profitability improvement.

Sales increase from 33M to 43M EUR, EBITDA improvement from 8 to 9%, OEE increase by 10%, waste reduction by 20%, OTIF improvement to 99+%, quality claims reduction by 60% and accident reduction by 93%. Transfer of the production from a loss-making German plant with externalization of the warehouse, increase from 30 to 65 machines, from 150 to 250 people, and introducing offset printing. Turnaround of the business in 18 months. Implementation of Lean 6 Sigma, 5S and Lean Manufacturing generating annual savings of 300k to 500k EUR. Certification of OSHAS 18001, PEFC and FSC.
