• Working both individually and collaboratively on interior and exterior renovations and maintenance, with a focus on delivering a high-quality product in a timely and cost-efficient manner• Accurately sticking to plans to produce a good that most adheres to a desired goal• Using logical and/or creative problem solving to resolve any issues that may arise during a project• Safely driving work vehicles, a Ram ProMaster van and a 16ftdump truck, throughout the metro Portland area
