This position involves the sale and acquisition of store front businesses for clients. Included in this position is the requirement for significant people and problem solving attributes as well as the ability to evaluate businesses to assist in determining an asking price, and then to develop a marketing plan for the business. Frank’s experience in business and in dealing with people has afforded this opportunity. Frank attended training with Sunbelt Corporate specific to this role, and is currently licensed as a Real Estate agent in the state of Virginia, which is a requirement for those businesses involving property exchange.
