Led complex decommissioning projects and teams at an NRC Category 1 facility and was Lead Project Manager for a Navy Nuclear Propulsion Plant dismantlement. Contributed to DOE Contractor Readiness Assessment Teams.

Oversaw radiological programs for decontamination and decommissioning at four Naval Nuclear Laboratory sites. Managed cross-functional teams in solving our client's most difficult radiological and environmental challenges.

Chaired the committee responsible for investing a multi-million dollar portfolio, distributing its revenue in accordance with donor wishes and the Society's mission; as well as soliciting major donations to the Society's trust funds and endowment.

Naval Reactors Representative's Office West Milton (WMFO). Radiological Controls Assistant, NRTA. Responsible for the regulatory oversight and management of prime contractor's operations, training, testing, maintenance, and inactivation of nuclear prototype training unit plants at Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory, Kesselring Site. Oversaw the largest exposure-budgeted nuclear repair in the Program in over a decade and achieved 50% exposure reduction. Certified nuclear-trained officers and senior contractors.

Naval Reactors Representative's Office Puget Sound. Deputy Radiological Controls Assistant: Provided regulatory oversight to ensure shipyard design, maintenance, and repair; as well as forces afloat operations, maintenance, and repair, for nuclear-powered warships were conducted in accordance with all applicable technical requirements and regulations. Oversaw all aspects of radiological controls in support of nuclear work performed at four locations in Washington and California by Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility.Joint Test Group member: Oversaw nuclear repair, modernization, and post-repair testing of the reactor and propulsion plant systems prior to unrestricted operations at sea for Nimitz-class aircraft carriers in the Pacific Fleet.Joint Refueling Group member: Oversaw nuclear defueling and inactivation of a Los Angeles-class attack submarine.Special Projects: USS San Francisco post collision oversight; Emergency Planning outreach with state and local officials in Washington, California, and First Nations in Oregon; facility specifications in Yokosuka.

Reactor Laboratory Technical Assistant and Division Officer, Main Propulsion Technical Assistant. Propulsion Plant Watch Officer, Engineering Officer of the Watch, Officer of the Deck (at sea and in port), Surface Warfare Officer, Diving Safety Officer. Deployed for Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Led Reactor Laboratory divisions onboard a land-based prototype, an aircraft carrier, and an attack submarine through oversees deployments, training missions, and repair periods. Managed divisions of technicians responsible for radiological controls, reactor and steam plant chemistry control, plant operations, maintenance, training, and the development and testing of new technology. Served on a submarine squadron staff planning and tracking repairs and alterations for twelve nuclear-powered submarines. Prepared work-planning packages for two dozen month-long repair periods and seven major shipyard modernization periods of six to eighteen months in length. Assisted with nuclear and sub-safe quality assurance assessments.
