Holtec International is a supplier of equipment and systems for the energy industry founded in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, and based in Jupiter, Florida, United States. It specializes in the design and manufacture of parts for nuclear reactors. At the time, Holtec International's executive team was looking for an industry-savvy Director to steer the company's Business Development initiatives towards a new direction—increasing company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies. During this time, I played a pivotal role in the organization, spearheaded all of the sales activities with complete accountability, and established and fostered trusting relationships with various levels of stakeholders. Working closely with the executive teams as a senior-level business Sales professional, I was reeled into the company to leverage and funnel expertise across several business aspects. Due to my diligent work ethic and result-delivering nature, I was chosen by the executive team to spearhead (as Project Director) and lead the global project execution team. Assessing business risks by analyzing financial, statistical, and economic data, my primary responsibilities included recommending ways to improve operations planning, attending meetings with clients and advisors, and notifying partners of crucial business developments.Select accomplishments:• Managed and developed solutions for all new ACC projects for new build and retrofit ACC opportunities, including optimization for performance, space and site installation requirements, and restrictions• Performed dual role as Project Director for large-scale FOAK Induced Draft Air-Cooled Condenser project, including logistics and transloading management of approx. 500 container and truck deliveries
