Frank has over 40 years experience working in the IT space in the UK, Belgium, United States, Canada and around the world.Frank grew up near Brighton on the southern coast of England. He graduated from the University of Exeter with an Honours Degree in Mathematics followed by a Postgraduate Certificate of Education from Chelsea College, University of London. After teaching mathematics and computer studies at the secondary level in England for five years, Frank moved to the Antwerp International School in Belgium where he was the Computer Coordinator for another half decade.In 1990 Frank started working with the Follett Software Company in the United States and with international schools around the world. From 1993 onward Frank began focusing on the development Follett's business in Canada.Frank led the Follett team which supported partners Fujitsu Canada in securing the contract for the MyEducation BC Student Information Service implementation of over 650,000 active student records in a single database for the province of British Columbia. MyEducation BC is powered by Follett's Aspen SIS. Further Aspen successes followed with large contracts for the Follett/Fujitsu team in the Canadian provinces of Saskatchewan and Ontario.Frank retired from Follett International in April 2020 as Vice-President - Canadian Operations, but is now helping organizations better manage their physical and software application subscriptions Setyl.
