I am a partner of Barclay Damon, LLP and practice in the Environmental, Land Use and Zoning, Energy and Project Development Practices Groups. I focus my practice on all aspects of environmental and land use law including, but not limited to, handling matters related to the Clean Water Act; Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA); Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA); the Brownfields Cleanup Program; the New York Oil Spills Act; National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA); New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA); New York City Environmental Quality Review Act (CEQR); and the New York City Uniform Land Use Review Procedures (ULURP). Prior to joining Barclay Damon, I chaired the Environmental Practice Group at Harris Beach PLLC in Rochester, New York. I also previously served as Assistant Counsel to the New York City Department of Environmental Protection.Areas of Focus: My experience spans all areas of environmental and land use legal services. I represent governmental and non-governmental parties, as well as not-for-profit organizations and individuals.
