I accepted this position to get some managerial experience at a small business. By providing customer service while calculating price quotes according to customer needs, in addition of handling all other administrative, account receivable and transaction managements. I also took on a system improvement project by updating the inventory management system existed in the business. The system helped other Front desk employees by providing pricing quotes calculated by the system, while ensuring an accurate count of inventory, resulting in 50% less in delivery errors and improving customer quoting speed

I quickly became a new employee trainer at Chatime with my fast learning capabilities and great customer service interactions. With my previous leadership experiences while showing competence and confidence towards others, I trained multiple new employees in the shops operation in place of my manager and successfully ensure safe operations during training.

I was fortunate enough to come back to the YMCA's Newcomer Youth Leadership Development (NYLD) program to contribute more to the program. Previously as a mentor and volunteer of the program, being very familiar with the program, I was able to jump into this position guiding other youth during the internship, ensuring their personal growth while gaining experience working with many different youth. I found out that I was very good at pushing youth beyond their capabilities and make the best out of the program. I have also been trained for "Mental Health Concerns for Youth and Children", which is a topic that I have been very passionate about. Moving forward with the experiences I have received here, I will continue to volunteer for this program and continue to grow along with it.
